Principal's message:
Bharat Ratna Dr . M.G.R. Government Arts and Science College for Women,
Villupuram has been started in the academic year 2017-2018 and it has been successfully functioning by the government of
Tamil Nadu. More than 2000 students are being given higher education in this college.
The main aim of the college is to provide quality education which is combined with righteous
thought and action. Our students of this college should realize the meaning of some good principles like "Diligence is the mother of good fortune" and
" Work is worship, Knowledge is wealth" to not only become successful in their lives but also to strive for the betterment of the society and nation.
It is also necessary for the teaching and non- teaching staff of the college to extend their unflinching support for the development of our students and
the college. I wish the college to grow more successful and to reach the best of fortune and prosperity.
